Ray Melani, Owner
Originally from New Kensington, PA, Ray Melani came to Hampton Roads over 17 years ago to join with his brother in providing a new level of service in the home improvement industry to the Hampton roads and Richmond markets.

As a hands on owner, Mr. Melani oversees all aspects of the Melani Bros. operations, with concentration on the Sales & Marketing arenas. With extensive experience in all facets of the industry, learned from his early days as a canvasser in the family business to personally selling over $1.5 Million in sunrooms during the company's first year in business, Mr. Melani brings a level of skill, knowledge and understanding to Melani Bros. far beyond that of the average company CEO.

Mr. Melani is the proud dad of Joseph, a fan of world travel, and a leisure boat enthusiast.

Ron Melani, Owner
Also a native (of course!) of Kensington, PA, Mr. Melani is also an accomplished jazz drummer, a career which resulted in his arrival in Tidewater. Mr. Melani used his family background in the home improvement industry to finance his music career, and then focused on Melani Bros. exclusively when he started a family.

Primarily concerned with the Production area of Melani Bros., Mr. Melani is also the designer of the entire production process. He engineered the quality control system which allows Melani Bros. to consistently install large numbers of sunrooms with an extremely high level of customer satisfaction. Able to demonstrate this system at any time to any Melani Bros. installation crew has earn Mr. Melani the deserved reputation of a CEO who cannot only direct, but also can perform.

Mr. Melani lives in York County and enjoys renovating older homes, jazz music, and boating.
